2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions and prices accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your screen's display of any color is accurate. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Paymob (credit/debit cards, mobile wallets and installments) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Card and wallet payments are processed securely by Paymob. ROMZ does not store your full card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the ROMZ name, logo, designs, images and text — is the property of ROMZ and is protected by law. You may not use it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROMZ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
